Hello All,

Bizzarro finished up their 2006 ABA team campaign with scores number 10 and 11 in New Castle, DE at the East Coast Nationals. Walter Dunn, Michele Peters, Austin Loebe, Cheyenne Algier, Sally McGinnis, Cassidy Cox, Allen Currier and Myself were all on hand representing Bizzarro and all of our co-sponsors to the fullest.
Highlights included Austin Loebe doubling on day 2 and Walter Dunn picking up his 5th cruiser win of the season.  Overall the 2006 ABA season was a great learning experience for the team. There is definitely some room for improvement, but this was a far better investment then the last two season of NBL Regional team series races we chased. Honestly I never thought we'd only fall one score short of the factory overall standings.

Michele held out as long as she could after not showing up in Atlanta this year, but the ABA Bizzarro team debut finally happened in New Castle, DE.

Team Sheets:
For about the 4th time this season a team result was changed by the sanction office for the official results listing. Really guys, team sheets aren't that hard to understand. Although now I've probably cursed myself with that statement, so look for a Bizzarro team sheet to be wrong in the near future. ha ha
Somehow, and the NBL team guys will laugh at this, but for the 7 ABA team sheets I turned in this season, my name was not only on all 7. BUT my scores were keepers in all 7 of those races. Aside from Puerto Rico, when was the last time my name was on an NBL team sheet? Like three years or more now!?!?  And Lopes even bumped my score both days in PR!  ha ha...  I finally feel like one of the guys, somebody buy me a beer!

Stick a fork in it, cause it's all Dunn. Walter picked up cruiser win #5 on Day 2. Tweaked ankle and all walt stuck in there to help out the team sheet.

Two thirds in Delaware put me 10th in NAG points for 36 & Over. But after a trip to Tulsa in 98, you couldn't pay me to go back to that race. No, Keller going with us wasn't the ONLY reason I didn't like that race

Aside from the first jump, Delaware was a great race and Bizzarro looks forward to more ABA National racing in 2007. Mainly for the sole reason of the team rules being a little more user friendly. Adding riders at a national and guaranteed payouts are a very nice touch.
We'd also like to thank Joey Albright and Will Murray for helping out this season while Nick St. Lawrence was riding for Welham. Thanks guys!

Next up for the team is a Wednesday night October 25th clinic in New Hampshire (BURH!) and then a few weeks off before a majority of the team heads to Morristown for the Thanksgiving NBL National. Bizzarro will also be represented at the ABA Grands, as those riders finish out a great 2006 season in Oklahoma. You may even catch a few of down at "Van Lesternoff's" Veterans Day race in Egg Harbor, NJ on November 11th.
